Individual Mindfulness Session
(60 minutes)
Reduce stress, quiet the mind, and build practical meditation skills you can use every day. Sessions are tailored to your goals, whether you’re seeking calm, better sleep, emotional clarity, or guidance starting a meditation practice.

Qigong Mindful Movement
Gentle, flowing movements coordinated with breath and awareness.
Qigong helps calm the nervous system, improve balance, and cultivate relaxed focus. Sessions are slow, accessible, and suitable for beginners of all fitness levels.

Community Meditation
Open to all. These include guided meditation, breathwork, and shared reflection, held in accessible community spaces or online. We welcome veterans, caregivers, overthinkers, seekers, and skeptics alike.
